1:1 Somatic Facilitation & Breath Medicine Sessions

These sessions utilise somatic and mindfulness based tools to facilitate exploration of the present moment, for the intention of insight and healing. They are open to anyone seeking a relational somatic container, and can be especially helpful for those seeking to integrate experiences in expanded states of consciousness, through techniques such as psychedelics, breathwork and meditation.

As a part of this offering, 1:1 Breath Medicine sessions are available for those seeking to explore their breath in a private space.

$160/hour

Intensive Somatic Deep Dive

I offer intensive work with clients. These packages generally entail at least one full day (8 hour) somatic deep dive, supported by a series of 60-90 minute preparation and integration sessions.

Packages are flexible and tailored to each individual. They can include multiple day immersions or multiple single day sessions spaced apart appropriately.

Fees based on package. Starting at $2,000.
