Inner-Directed Therapy

Inner-Directed Therapy is a training organisation I have founded with Jimena Clarke.

Our programs teach psychotherapy skills to practitioners working with non-ordinary states. They are experiential and practical in nature, designed to give students an embodied understanding of what it is like to give and receive the inner-directed therapeutic approach that best supports this work.

It emerged from our experience in the psychedelic space, and is open to any practitioners who are doing altered state based work. In addition to psychedelic therapists and facilitators, this includes breathworkers, meditation teachers, somatic practitioners and others.
